  • Laundry detergent

I washed my exercise clothes with a free sample of Gain Flings. Because it was in a large gel capsule, I couldn't smell it. After washing my clothes and then wearing some of them, I found that the sickening sweet smell was so strong, my eyes burned, my head ached, and my throat was scratchy. I have washed them six times including in bleach and vinegar and have hung them outside for six days! They are unwearable! I took them to the cleaners and was told that Gain was a real problem; it was almost impossible to get rid of the scent. I complained to Procter and Gamble and was told to wash... More...

  • Gain original scent pods staining clothes

I have always used Gain and loved the product. When the pods came out I switched to them cause of the convinence of no measuring the detergent. I was using the moonlight breeze scent which I love but the other day when I went to buy some more the store was out of that scent so I got the original scent. This morning when I used the original scent I noticed when I got my clothes out of the washer that I had green spotches all over my clothes . I have tried severl stain removers to get the stains out but nothing is working. More...

  • Shortage

I purchased some gain liquid detergent from freds dollar store in marion illinois. When I got home to use it, the bottle didnt seem full. I called Freds to see if I could trade it out for another one because I just bought it. they denied my request. I love all of gain products, from the liquid detergent, to the fabric softner. But Im nervous that I will lose money again if I continue to buy it. More...

Gain detergent review - Gain detergent i bought a big container of Gain at BJ's wholesale club...and after I used it twice, i realized it didn't smell like gain, it's the wrong color AND it's not cleaning like normal Gain does. it's like some cheap no-name brand with no scent was poured into a Gain container and sold as Gain. i've used Gain for years and i know what it smells like and what it cleans like. i thought it was a good deal when i bought it, but obviously not if it's not really Gain and i am paying for Gain but getting some knockoff brand... • Fire your "badder" ad agency

I am NOT a grammar snob. I do not correct strangers in conversation or even friends HOWEVER I take exceptions with a successful company run by supposedly educated professionals subverting my efforts to desperately instill the virtues of good grammar in my children and students. Humans mimic the grammatical patterns in which they are immersed. Repeatedly hearing the word "gooder" creates another obstacle on the path to educating our youth (not talking simply about those in "higher education" because as proved in your commercial a degree does not make one educated). I... More...

  • Gooder complaint review

I have to say that the use of the word 'gooder' in the new gain ad is down right annoying. It is hard enough to get kids to speak and use English correctly without them hearing such non-words on TV. I am not asking for perfect grammer but it would be nice if you at least stuck to words that are an actual part of the English language. My Mother is a teacher in her words, "That (the ad) is enough to make me stop buying Gain, and I like Gain." I use your product but my family and I will NOT support the misuse of the English language. Stop the ad or my next laundry purchase... More...
